Sheila C. Sever, CCP – Deloitte Consulting Senior Manager Sheila is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice with more than 20 years of consulting and corporate experience working with a wide range of clients in financial services, energy, healthcare, technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer products, and nonprofits. She advises clients on all aspects of executive, broad-based employee and sales force compensation. Sheila earned her bachelor’s degree with distinction in Business Education from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Compensation Professional. |
Grace Varghese – Deloitte Consulting Consultant Grace is a Consultant in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital Rewards & Well-Being, with over 10 years of combined accounting and compensation consulting experience working with both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Grace has experience helping a wide array of organizations conduct compensation benchmarking studies for both executives and broad-based employees, designing and analyzing salary structures, and implementing performance-based compensation strategies specific to the organization’s compensation philosophies and objectives. Grace holds a degree in B.S., Finance from Oral Roberts University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. |
