Session Description:  Employee Engagement in 2021: HR Strategies in managing the great “Return To Work”

The panel will discuss the challenges they have been facing with the great “Return To Work” transition. Companies are continuing to face multiple issues regarding hybrid work/remote working/vaccines and masks. Additionally, HR Leaders are challenged as well with the after-impacts of the pandemic around mental health, turnover, diversity-inclusion-equity and work-life balance are all included in the new mountains we are climbing together in 2021.


Speaker Bios:

Chuck Heaton, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the CHRO for Camin Cargo, HRD Thought Leader, and a global HR Executive with over 30 years of experience leading HR Teams in multi-national companies.

Chuck Kemper is a senior Human Resources Consultant and a global HR Executive with over 25 years of experience leading HR Teams in multi-national companies.

Jason Anderson is Vice President of Human Resources at U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. with deep domain experience in compensation, accounting, finance and has spent the last 10 years leading HR Teams in multi-national companies

Sanjay Harrichand is the CHRO of Stratum Reservoir and an international HR Executive from South Africa with over 20 years of experience leading HR Teams in the mining and energy sectors.
