Steve joined in March 2007 as Vice President and became a Partner in 2019, in 2021 he was promoted to President of LDB's Dallas office. Steve leads Lockton Dunning Benefits' north Texas client development team and serves on the LDB Executive Committee. He focuses on expanding the firm's benefits expertise through hands-on mentoring and sharing of best practices, ultimately strengthening the support provided to clients. Prior to joining Lockton Dunning Benefits, Steve served in a sales and account management role at CIGNA. He is a recognized thought leader in employee benefits and possesses extensive experience aligning various types of health and welfare plans to corporate business objectives.
